Calling all Tree Lovers!

Tree Pittsburgh and our partners have launched a campaign to develop Pittsburgh’s tree story – and we need your help!  During the month of January 2012, we’ll be collecting info from Pittsburghers about why they love trees, their favorite tree memories and what trees mean to our great City.  Our goal is to collect stories from everyone in Pittsburgh!

Are you a Tree Tender? Crazy about trees? Interested in helping the City of Pittsburgh tell its tree story? We need you to join our street team!

Pittsburgh Urban Forest Master Plan: A Road Map for the Effective Management of our Urban Forest

An Urban Forest Master Plan is a road map, providing detailed information, reccomendations, and resources needed to effectively and proactively manage and grow a city's tree canopy. More importantly it provides a shared vision for the future of the urban forest to inspire and engage stakeholders in the care and protection of trees.
